I am pretty allergic to cats, but I love them and have two short/med haired cats in my home. I use this nasal spray daily with an oral allergy medication to keep my allergies at bay. I do usually take at night because that was recommended by my allergist but even when I have used during the day, I have been fine. It does sting a little bit when you first spray it, but I think that happens when you spray anything into your nasal cavity. I would consult an allergist or doctor before using and take as directed.

Quite awhile ago for three years in a row I was getting pretty bad sinus infections. The doctor I saw introduced me to this. I have been using it ever since and have not had another sinus infection since. The doctor also said that this is one of the few brands that will not wear away the lining in your nose. I have been using it for years with no problem. Good for allergies. Does not get rid of all issues completely but definitely makes them more manageable.
