it kicks in about 15-min and works as advertised. Its hard to find in local pharmacies and nearly always available mail order. Its good to have around to use as needed, rather than suffer and run out to check a pharmacy, when you feel least comfortable and with a large possibility it will be sold out or not existent. There is no con, as its both effective and low cost.

This stuff is a miracle cure for my problem which I was glad to get rid of. I made a comment to my doctor that I'll just use it for the rest of my life. But good thing I said that, his response was you can't just use this stuff forever. He said maximum maybe three weeks and then take a break, otherwise I could face a different set of health problems.
