Works great on dry skin. Not oily. Just need to use a little – goes a long way. In the winter I use it on my face. I have very sensitive skin and it never bothers it. Doesn't sting like some lotions even when I have very dry sore skin.

I live in an area with very rough climate. I don't like wearing gloves or things on my feet, they feel too constricting to me. So naturally my hands, arms and feet look like dried checkerboards with lines running in a pattern. I tried many, many other lotions but this one was the best for me hands down. Within 2 days using it morning and night it was all cleared up and nothing I had tried before worked that fast with so little mess left on my skin. It didn't feel sticky or slippery, it was easy to apply and rub in completely. It dispensed just enough so that it wasn't running all over the place before I could rub it in. It wasn't as "liquid" as so many others were and it didn't leave a heavy, greasy feel either. Great stuff for me and I expect to be using it the rest of my life.

This hand cream works well and does it's job. I have severe eczema on my hands and tried this cream twice daily and it cleared up my eczema in about a week or so. I am using it twice per day to keep my eczema under control. I live in the Northeastern US and the cold and dry winters dry out my hands and make them crack and bleed at times. I only have this issue during the winter and I am fine during warmer monthes. My hands get very itchy as well. I needed a strong cream which has 2% colloidial oatmeal to help to provide me relief. I would he scratching all day as it would drive me crazy. This cream works great and has helped me a lot. The cream relieves 5 symptoms of eczema including itch, dryness, scaling/peeling, roughness and redness/irritation.
I recommend this hand cream if you have eczema and it will help you.

I have eczema on my hands and it's mainly on my fingertips and occasionally on the palm of my hand and this lotion is outstanding in trying to keep moisture in my hands.

Wonderful relief from itchiness and irritation that comes from skin rashes. It goes on easy and has a nice consistency. Apply often and make sure your skin is clean before applying. Many times bacteria forms in areas where there is moisture. Use soap that is not scented like an oatmeal based product.
Then dry the skin before each application for best results. Instant relief and no burning once applied.

I've tried several moisturizers to help with the itch and this one is the one that has calmed it the most. It's thick, but not greasy. My only issue is it smells a bit like Play-Doh. The smell fades away after a few minutes.

I have terrible eczema on my hands (cracking skin during all times of the year) and I have to put lotion on multiple times a day. This is the most moisturizing lotion I've ever used. I have to keep it on hand at all times (no pun intended).

With thin, sensitive skin, I often find dry, rough, scaly patches on my hands, especially in the winter. I've tried at least a half-dozen other lotions and creams, and this does the best job thus far. It takes just a little to moisturize hands thoroughly at night, and I can still feel the effects in the morning. If there are dry patches, they disappear in a few days. Regular use keeps those rough patches from reappearing, even though we've had 35 below wind chill temperatures this winter! I do find it a bit expensive, but for the results, probably worth it.

I had developed inflamed, red, patchy, itchy forearms, not sure why. Out of the blue. Felt awful and looked awful. I tried this cream and within one use I could see and feel a difference. After about three days, my arms felt and looked like they were back to normal. I continue to use this on my arms a few times a day. It's not greasy, and it sinks in and makes skin feel supple and soft. Bottom line: this cream works — and I will never run out!
